Job Requirements/Description |
G2 Software Systems is looking for an Administrative Analyst to support our SPAWAR/PEO C4I customer organization. This individual must display the ability to hold responsibility for multiple assignment resources; coordinate the work of multiple staff members; establish and meet goals and deadlines; ability to adapt to changing client environments and setting the standard of quality for the team. Responsibilities include: Coordination of and assistance in organizational planning efforts to include strategic plans, annual plans, communications plans, and metrics tracking and reporting; track/process/submit various PEO data calls related to facilities, process improvements, personnel management, and programmatic issues; providing support to government employees in the generation of the appropriate paperwork via NAVFIT 98 (military) as well as National Security Personnel System (NSPS); ensuring all government employees are on schedule to complete DAWIA Program Management Level III certification; maintaining and preparing all Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) Issues; coordinating schedules for the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager with various Department of Defense (DOD) agencies, other Program Executive Offices, and various commercial agencies/personnel; preparing travel authorizations using the Defense Travel System (DTS) for Local Travel, Temporary Duty Travel, Training Orders, and Travel Fund Authorizations as required; tracking appropriate travel funding allocation and expenditures for government employees; collecting, processing, and maintaining timekeeping records for government staff to include collecting leave slips and obtaining official government signature to approval final timekeeping submissions; ensuring all time is entered into the ERP database; supporting the customer with the preparation and development of graphics, briefings and multimedia presentations. Preparation includes creating illustrations, diagrams, and charts, as directed by designated personnel. Material is prepared in accordance with PEO, PMW requirements. Preparing, editing and coordinating various naval correspondence, reports, briefs and other written documentation required for the proper functioning of the PMW Program Office, using the Naval Correspondence Manual for guidance. Monitoring correspondence suspense files, updating them as correspondence is processed, and notifying the appropriate program office of overdue action items. Responsible for: the collection, organization, filing and retrieval of all PMW program office documentation, including reports, correspondence, command history data, civilian and military awards, messages, meeting minutes, memos and all other incidental documentation associated with official PMW business; providing technical and planning support for meetings, conferences and working groups. Support includes coordination of the meetings, drafting meeting agendas, setup and operation of Video Teleconferencing (VTC) equipment and other audiovisual equipment, taking meeting minutes, and finalizing and distributing those minutes as directed within the schedule established by the requestor. |
